MSI GeForce GTX 1050 Ti Gaming X 4GB GDDR5 Twin Frozer VI 768 CUDA Core Graphics Card or ASUS Cerberus GeForce GTX 1050 Ti OC Edition 4GB GDDR5 Graphics Card. On a budget don`t know which one to choose both seem promising.

Get the chepaer one. You wont notice any difference in performance by both cards, thats for sure.

If you can find 980 for similar price, take it.
1050ti should be 130$ used.

I dont agree for that all msi are same, cooling solution is different, for example 1050ti msi gaming X uses aluminium heatsink with 2 tubes, i guess that higher end uses copper base tubes, also superior cooling, on summer In my country 32-33*C air, under full blast of fans it gets up to barley 50*C under full aida64 load for 20min.

But as others say, it really doesnt matter since they are locked out and have almost same overclocking potential, also try to get with samsung memory.
