Whats the price of the first PC, also what do you plan on doing with the machine?

Price wise, 1150 Euro for a 3900X based system with those specs is a very good price.

that is a tough call. both prices are good, and the markup on the second system is reasonable.
IDK your money situation but if the funds allow the second system 3900x would be my call. better PSU in addition to what I already listed.

It depends on what you want to do with your machine if the second machine is worth it or not... the prices are both good as R_1 was saying...

For pure gaming, the cheaper machine makes most sense, the 3700X cpu is more than enough for gaming so performance will come down to the GTX 1080 which is the same for both machines. Games also don't typically need more than 16gb of ram so the extra memory won't make a difference. The main advantage of the second machine is the larger SSD but that isn't worth the extra cost on it's own (the better PSU is also nice but won't impact performance and the one in the cheaper machine is fine for the components used).

The second machine has a big advantage if you do any cpu intensive work such as cpu rendering, video editing and encoding or if you want to game and stream on the machine etc. The extra memory also helps when working on big projects files or if you want to have lots of stuff open in the background whilst you game. Personally I would probably opt for the second machine for that price as it's really good value for a 3900X based system (especially with an X570 motherboard, most reasonably priced machines opt for the older B450 or X470 chipsets to bring the cost down).

I would certainly go second machine.

This is used, right? I mean by a super quick count the top three items are $1000 of the build.
