As the title states, I have three options for my Dell Inspiron 530s. I'm getting 300W regardless w/around 12V rails @ around 22A. Also I've read some reviews on an issue about some cables not being long enough or just barely able to reach. I've never replaced a PSU so I just want to be cautious.

1. @ $29 http://www.amazon.com/Rosewill-SL-300TFX-TFX12V-Power-Supply/dp/B00552PMWE/ref=lh_ni_t
^Said to be quiet

2. @ $42 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151090

3. @ $45 http://www.amazon.com/replacement-TFX0250D5WB-DPS-250ab-28-DPS-220AB-2-04G185021200DE/dp/B00598NJ10/ref=pd_cp_pc_1
^No reviews (only considering since it looks like it's meant to be for 530s upgrade/replacement

I'm looking at the Rosewill brand and Seasonic and I'm not sure which brand is better to get. Also will they have the right cables to go with with a GT 430 graphics card like this: http://www.amazon.com/GeForce-ENGT430-DI-1GD3-LP/dp/B00471LVW4/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1337926134&sr=1-1

I'm not proficient with use of the PSU cables yet so I also want to make sure if the PSU I'm getting has those included/missing.

Thank you for any thoughtful input.

Seasonic. Rosewill makes some decent PSUs (Green and Hive series) and their Capstone series is excellent. That being said, The Rosewill isn't even 80+ while the Seasonic is 80+ Bronze. The Seasonic has a 5yr warranty while there is no warranty listed for the Rosewill. Seasonic is the one of the best if not the best PSU mfr...i don't know of any shoddy Seasonic PSUs. $13 extra for the Seasonic is money extremely well spent.
