I found a 500-watt Corsair PSU and a 650-watt Thermaltake PSU and I thought that I should buy the 650 one but everyone on Tom's hardware said that I should buy the 500 one, why?
Isn't wattage the most important thing in a PSU?
i can't buy any other PSU I only have these three option because payment has already been made and are they really that bad?if that is all you can chose from, the thermaltake is an easy win
though they are all bottom of the barrel, junk units.
do note that the thermaltake is actually only a 550w unit, though i would not push that theory very hard at all.
look for better options in any case, cause none of these are really worth any amount of money

Depends on what the use is. If this is a simple office PC without a GPU, the Thermaltake is probably OK-ish.

Why only these 3 options?
The Thermaltake is the least likely to light your house on fire, but only just. You really should just get something else.

I have bought 550 watt local PSU before and I have used an Rx 480 on that and it worked fine even though that was a local PSU, so I thought these will be better than those local PSUs?
If I spend all the money on psu than I wont be able to buy a gaming card ? what should I do?Start here:

What is your budget? Do not go cheap on a PSU. Plan to spend more.
That is the least important. You can make a PSU that will pop if it pulls 250 watts and sell it as a 750 watt PSU their very poorly regulated.I thought that the most important thing is wattage ?
