Which refresh rate!

Ive got a Samsung SyncMaster 151s what do you think the best refresh rate for playing gmaes and the such is

pretty sure i can chooes 60(which its at now) 70 or 75 and just wanteed to know which was best??

I'd leave it at the default. LCD's dont refresh the way CRT's do, I doubt you'd see a difference.

Refresh rate is the number of times per second that the image on a CRT is renewed. So, a refresh rate of 60 hertz means that the image on the monitor is renewed 60 times per second.

A refresh rate that is too low can cause noticable flickering in the image. A refresh rate that is too high can cause serious image distortion, as well as damage to the monitor.

most 15" monitor has a maximum of 1024*768. That's the optimal @ 60Hz - 75Hz

Havin' just played for an hour or so with a ProLite E380S I've found that between 68.5~73.8Hz I get a much sharper image. I'm finding that as the refresh rate rises I get better contrast but deep colours look washed out. So my recomendation is try it and see what happens.
