Question Which server has PCIe x16 slots under 300USD

I am looking for a used server like r410 or others which have 2-3 x16 slots to which I can connect a GPU. The power connector can probably be made custom but the PCIe slot needs to exist to connect a NVIDIA 1070 so tha I can use it. DOes anyone have suggestion?
