Which is better ?

I heard that NEO is better supportable for AMD.

The CL 16 will be fastest. Some Ryzen motherboards don't like odd number CL (17), so if you choose those, you need to change a setting in the bios. It's called geardown mode. Toggle it on/off to use CL17 DIMMS.

The other sub timings don't drastically change much in terms of performance.
