Question Which upgrade should give me a huge performance in games?

Hi, I'm planning to upgrade my pc. Here are my current specs


i7-3770


8gb ddr3 1600mhz HyperX Fury


4gb ddr3 1600mhz HyperX Fury


Biostar H61MLV


MSI GamingX RX 470 4gb


Seasonic M12II evo 620w


128gb ssd


500gb hdd


Dell 22" 1080p 60hz monitor


I'm planning to do:


1. Sell my MSI GamingX RX 470 4gb for 140$ and get a mining-used Asus Strix GTX 1070. The seller told me that it was used in mining for a year.


2. Sell my i7,12gb ram and motherboard for 211$ and get a Ryzen 5 2600, MSI B450 Gaming Plus Atx and 8gb 3000mhz for 350$. The Ryzen bundle is brand new.


3. Sell my monitor for 50$ and get a 1080p 60hz freesync monitor for 134$.


I live in the Philippines so I don't think I can use Newegg or eBay though.

If you are gaming mostly, the 1070 would be the best choice, but make sure you try it out since was mining all day long.

I would say dont go with a gtx 1070 if you arent going to upgrade your cpu cuz it will bottleneck If your getting a cpu upgrade with the 1070 then that would be perfect if not then:

Go for an rx580 and maby a ryzen 5 1600

a gtx 1070 would be a great upgrade and nope it wont totally bottleneck , it just depends on your usage. a gtx 1080 can even be paired with that cpu.
but the only problem with the gtx 1070 is its been used for mining, which makes its lifespan really unpredictable.
your best upgrade should be a rx 580 8gb/gtx 1060 6gb.

and its a sad thought that here in the philippines we dont really have much choice to buy parts that are cheap and our used market is pretty bad.
