So I looked at all the variants of the 770. What should i get? Should i get the Duel SC?
What is ACX cooling, and should i get that? What is "Classified"? Is 2GB of memory enough for modern games? Or should i get 4GB for future games/better performance, even if i'm playing in 1080p? I just want to fully understand what some of these things are before i buy one.

Solution
Get the 4GB version.
ACX cooling is just a fancy name EVGA use for their cooler. The ACX uses 2 axial fans.
The classified uses a blower style fan just like those on the reference GTX 770.
The ACX will cause hot air to get blow inside the case, but having 2 fans keeps the card at a lower temp.
The classified blows the hot air created by the card outside of the case through this exhaust.
IMO I prefer the blower style fans, as from my experience, they last longer.
Get the Evga Classified 4GB non ACX

The Dual Sc is a great card , the ASX cooler on them is excellent , it will run quieter and with lower temps to the cards that don't have the ASX cooler, plus it comes overclocked out of the box.
2GB is enough for games right now on a Single 1080 Monitor, the 4GB is a better choice for future proofing but it depends on how much more it costs with your budget and if you are happy to pay the difference.
