[SOLVED] Which's the best ONT brand?

Solution
It seems you insist on trying to fix a non problem.

First you can not actually ping any of these devices. When you ping you are likely ping the ISP equipment at the far end of the fiber not the ONT.

A ONT is a extremely simple device it purely converts from media to another. There is nothing you can configure or even look at. The ISP uses a special software to configure and maintain it. You have no access at all.

There likely is almost no difference between brands. The function is very simplistic and defined by standards. The optical modules are likely the same since very few companies make them.

The only difference might be any warranty on the device. There is no software patches or firmware updates you...
ONT actually is way too generic a term. There are many many variations. You see all kinds of letters like GPON, EPON, TWGNPON and many others. These are mostly incompatible because of how the lasers work. Then you have the software which the ISP must support.

So pretty much unless you are designing something yourself see what the ISP has on their supported list. Most will not allow you activate anything else. Depends on the country most will not even let you own the ONT because of how sensitive the optica cables are

I need an ONT but it must be best performance. Which brand do you recommend? Ericsson, Nokia etc.

You have 3 questions on the same thing, what exactly are you trying to do here? Are you having internet issues? Did you talk to your ISP about it?
