Okay, uninstall your graphics driver first in the Programs and Features window, then reboot PC and ALL NVIDIA programs on it.
- Click Start button, type Programs and Features
- Press Enter
- Uninstall all NVIDIA programs
- Reboot PC

but i had a doubt that u r saying there is performance loss due to monitor pci 2.0 slot.mainly screen tearing causes due to monitor refresh rate na so i think it doesnt matter which motherboard it is???

Gonna trash that comment, it was kind of wrong. Sorry bout that men, people do faults sometimes 😀

Anyway, to check the refresh rate. Right click in the Desktop, then click Screen Resolution. On pop-up window, click Advanced Settings. On pop-up window, click Monitor tab. Check the Refresh Rate. Mine is 60 hertz.

mine refresh rate is 60hz and my resolution is 1920*1080 i m using hdmi cable...and while using windows photo viewer m not getting tearing only in picasa i m getting tearing
