Question White CPU and DRAM LEDs on, no display

Hello, I’m having trouble with my PC. My specs are

• MSI B450M PRO-VDH MAX (mobo)
• AMD Ryzen 5 3600x (cpu)
• ASRock Radeon 580x (gpu)
• Corsair TX550M (psu)
• Four 8gb Corsair vengeance RAM

I recently bought a Corsair H100i CPU Cooler, and after installing it, my PC would turn on, but wouldn’t display on the monitors. The EZ Debug LEDs for the CPU and DRAM came on as well. My system worked perfectly before this installation, and I haven’t touched the RAM sticks so there’s no reason those should be funky.

I have a spare 3600x that I tried, and still no dice. I also tried resetting the CMOS. I think it may be the mobo but I just don’t understand how it could have gotten messed up from a simple CPU cooler swap. Im lost, any help is appreciated.

I'd reseat the RAM. Whether you touched them or not, at times, RAM can be temperamental.

Have you tried your old cooler since?

How do you have the H100i plugged up?

I’ve reseated the ram, wether it’s 2 at a time or all 4 again. Yes I’ve tried the old cooler, and I’ve tried the spare CPU with both coolers. I’ve got the H100i hooked up like it should be, radiator up top with fans as intakes
