Thanks for this response, and I have checked the manual as of replying.
I have noticed that the LED lights you indicated was from the EZ Debug LED. The white light isn't coming from the EZ Debug LED, it's the one beside the PCI_E1, that's why I have referred to it as my GPU. The manual, however, indicated what this white light near the PCI_E1 means but i have no idea how to understand it.
The model of the mobo is MSI H310 Gaming Arctic.

Thanks for this response, and I have checked the manual as of replying. Many Motherboards have 4 LED's for troubleshooting.
DRAM_LED is usually Yellow/Orange
VGA_LED is usually green for your GPU
CPU_LED is usually Red for CPU
BOOT_LED is White for your DISK or Boot device.
The colours may vary so consult your Motherboard manual. Should any one of them come on and stay on then there is an issue corresponding to the LED that stays lit.
These troubleshooting indicators tell you where the problem is but not necessarily what it is.
Also: Post (power on self test) will not advance till the problem is fixed.
