Question White noise ( hissing ) from new soundbar ?

I purchased a Creative Stage SE mini soundbar on 4/12/2024.
My speaker has a very loud hissing sound and I have tried the following steps but it has not helped to reduce this hissing sound. I would be grateful if you could provide a solution to reduce this problem

What I tried:

• Replace the cable
• Replace the speaker's power supply (the hissing sound is present whether it is connected to the computer with a USB cable or directly to the power supply and in Bluetooth mode)
• Move the speaker to another location
• Update the firmware and drivers

could be faulty speakers, if it was used before with max volume

What I hear is when the Bluetooth connection is not good.
But for the money it costs, it can't offer anything more.

I also have another speaker, the T-DAGGER TGS600. It also has the hissing noise problem, but it is much less. You have to put your ear to the speaker to notice it.

How is it that in a much cheaper and less well-known product, this problem is less?

could be faulty speakers

I think this is more likely and I should use Creative's after-sales service.
