Why am I having so much ram usage and how do I minimize it?

I feel like I have a RAM problem with my 8GB. I lag very hard when playing BO4 Blackout. And I also lag rarely in multiplayer. Black friday is coming up so more ram then ???? But I need a solution for it now. Is it possible not to lag. I need discord open a lot. And sometimes spotify. https://imgur.com/p2R9kVw

Could not see the column headers and totals in the image.

Remember that in Task Manager you can click the column headers to sort the usage high to low or vice versa.

Resource Monitor may help discover what may be happening.
