My computer specs:
EVGA RTX 3070 XC3 Black
i7-9700k
CoolerMaster ML240L CPU Cooler
H510 Elite case with stock fans

So I recently built this computer about a month ago. The problem started when I had an editing software open, I put my PC on sleep and went to eat food. When I got back, I woke my PC up and I got stuck on the windows screen not letting me put in my password, it also gave me no option to shut down or restart. After that, I manually turned my PC off and when I turned it back on my PC fans started spinning really really fast and my GPU temps and CPU are really high while idle. So my GPU temps used to be 30-40c while idle and 50-60c while gaming now it is consistently 50c while idle and it reaches about 70c while under load. My CPU temps were 37-38c while gaming and now they are about 45c. I don't know what's wrong so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
The problem is that my PC fans are spinning really fast and my GPU is idling at around 50c which is not normal at all.

make and model of the psu?
45c or 70c is not overheating
I know that it is not overheating, it's just that these temps are very unusual considering I used to get much lower temps. My PSU is "CORSAIR RMx White Series RM850x White (CP-9020188-NA) 850W 80 PLUS Gold Certified, Fully Modular Power Supply"
