Question Why can't I scan with my Canon Pixma MG 2400 ?

Hi, I can't scan with my printer but I can print just fine.
I have Windows 10 64-bit and I am using a wifi connection.

i have a canon pixma ts 8050 i tried wi fi just to get rid of a few wires , i had the same problems as you so i rang canon and the individual i spoke to said ..... for some reason a lot of people have problems with our wi fi software .

You may have to re- install the software to change from wi fi to ethernet .... i cant remember ...... but if i were you i would try ethernet connection to eliminate the the problem being with the printer or the wi fi set up

hi, i suggest you to uninstall all software and reinstall it.
