Question Why did my prebuilt freeze and stop communicating with my monitors, mouse and keyboard?

I was watching youtube on one screen and play Sims 4. I tried going into the Sims 4 gallery, like I've done so many times, and my computer froze. I turned it off and when I turned it back on it stopped communicating with everything.

How old is that prebuild? If still within warranty take it up with the shop you bought it from.

If out of warranty what parts in the pc? For psu=maker+model+wattgae.
