Question Why do I have a folder full of photos and videos - each file's size is more than 58. GBS and size on disk 4KB and the files don't open? anyone?

There's your answer "it looks like we don't support this file format" which format would that be and which OS are you running in PC ?

Size on disk being 4k looks like they are merely shortcuts to the videos on your phone or the transfer was incomplete.

File format: jpg and mp4
OS: Windows 10

If the file size is "4kb", that is not an mp4. That is a shortcut to a mp4 file.

Probably someone copied a lot of files and after a right click in the current folder instead of 'Paste', clicked 'Paste shortcut'.
