[SOLVED] Why do my keystone jacks not fit my patch panel?

Hello, complete noob here.

Why does this jack fit this patch panel but this one doesn't?
Where does it say that one will fit and the other won't?

one is keystone (SFA/SFB) which is used in panels, another is S-One which is used in wall outlets

However S-One is also used in a lot of different panels as far as I've seen, I work at a large amusement park and I've only seen S-One's.
