Why does my computer boot slower when I overclock?

First, specs:

ASUS P8z77-V
Intel i5-3570k @X.XGHz
Corsair H80 cooling
Integrated graphics (getting my GTX 670 next week)
SSD: OCZ Agility3 120GB
HDD: Samsung Spinpoint F4 2TB
8GB DDR3-1600

The question is pretty basic. When I overclock (using the turbo ratio multiplier in the ASUS UEFI), my computer boots way slower. All stock, it boots in 30-45 seconds. When I overclock past 4.1GHz, I spend 3-4 minutes staring at the windows boot logo. I've tried multiple voltage settings ranging from 1.2 to 1.325 and using the Auto offset option.

Is there anything I can do about this? Did I just get an unlucky chip? If so, anyone wanna trade a good overclocker? lol...

dont let it auto over clock it. look at the setting with th auto, then apply your own setting manually. start small and go up, or start where your at(with auto tuned oc) and go down manually.
