[SOLVED] Why does my computer sound like a UFO?

I had an old cooler master fan from a hyper 212 rgb black cpu cooler, and my pc only has two case fans so I decided to put my old cooler master fan in as a third fan. I plug it into sys_fan3, I don't plug the rgb cable in. I boot up my computer, and the fan runs fine. But I go closer to my pc and I can hear a weird high-pitched noise, it sounds almost like a UFO lol.

I did leave my PC on the night before, and I shut my pc off as soon as I got to it to install the fan, so the noise could have started before I plugged it into my mobo.
Any help would be much appreciated. I am going to shut off my pc and watch for answers on my phone. Thank you.

Solved!

For some reason whenever I had my ram RGB setting to anything other than static in dragon center, it made weird beeping noises.

I'm just relieved it wasn't a problem with my motherboard.
