[SOLVED] Why does my windows storage say I have 700gb in use in Apps & features while I only see about 220gb

I am trying to free up some storage space by removing apps but for some reason whilst having removed almost everything my windows storage says it still uses 700 GB. How?

This is what I am seeing:

When I click on it and I sort all files by size, this is what I see:

That is not even near the 696gb windows say is being used there. How can I free up that space when I don't know what is using it? I only have one 1TB SSD, so only one disk.

Run a pass of disk cleanup......don't forget the system files.
