Question Why does taking out the CMOS battery fix it temporarily ?

Hello everyone.

Firstly this is my new pc I built like little over 2 months ago so already having issues with it is frustrating.
I have win 10 latest version (Not sure if it matters) and I installed latest BIOS version that was available then that is F7 ( During writing this I noticed there were 2 new releases so I am 2 versions behind)

I will try to keep it short and relevant. Everything worked fine for about a month after building pc. Then I watched some videos about undervolting and said why not ? I was playing safe and I did not go crazy. I went for like -15 and -10 then my pc crashed during one game so I reverted to default settings in undervolting in BIOS and said that I can't be bothered with finding perfect values and it was not changing much anyway.
So the only things changed in the BIOS since beginning were enabling XMP/EXPO and enabling resizable bar. After reverting to default volts, pc never crashed again during any game.

Then 2/4 weeks after when I tried to turn on pc the fans in front and cpu fans were spinning but pc was not booting up and I changed nothing since then. I did update maybe windows or things in gigabyte control centre but that's it. Maybe GPU drivers. I can't remember

So I disconnected the pc and looked inside. I checked everything, the cables as well and nothing was out of ordinary. I am the only one using this pc so no one fiddled with it. So I took out CMOS battery as last resort since I said to myself maybe something was wrong in BIOS . And it did ! I said cool I will just stick to defaults then. XMP/EXPO and resizable bar was already enabled.

Since motherboards do not come with internal system speaker I ordered one just in case and plugged it in couple days later. It was nice hearing that single beep and I thought if it happens again maybe internal speaker will help me telling what's wrong.

Again things were fine for 3/4 weeks without changing anything and exactly same thing happened one morning and I noticed there no beep sound at all. Same thing as before. Fans spinning but no boot.
Took out the battery. Plugged it back in and it worked.

Today it happened again and I am at this point not sure why is that. Took out battery. PC booted, one beep and things are fine again.

If components were faulty resetting BIOS would not really do anything am I correct ?
Can someone suggest what can I do? It is not end of the world for me to unplug everything and take out battery every 2 weeks or less but still it is bit annoying that whole new pc has issue like that.

Should I try maybe updating BIOS to F8?

Thanks for reading.

update the BIOS

to have a look what the problem could be:
run userbenchmark.com and post the http link of your result, e.g. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/28977730

check windows integrity
open the command prompt as administrator and type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

clean boot

check the memory by running memtest.org usb autoinstaller (bootable USB flash drive)

check the hard drive for errors with its manufacturer´s tool and if available, update the firmware
