Question Why does typing aliexpress.com in my browser takes me to awin1.com ?

When I type aliexpress.com in my Opera browser, I get this:

Because of the following filter:

Found in:

Do you know how to fix this?

Run a scan and remove the malware causing this from your system.

Which tool? I used the free Avast but it didn't fix it.

Malawarebytes did not find malaware. And besides Opera, this issue does not happen in other browsers such as Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. It is strange because if I type the whole string aliexpress.com, it takes me to the website aliexpress.com. However, if I type any substring of "aliexpress.com" such as those below, hit the tab key to autocomplete the url and hit the Enter key, the browser takes me to awin1.com.

Only happens using Opera? Does that tell you something? Does Opera have ad-ons?
Looks like ad addy's. I have been using Firefox for about 20 years. Just kill those ugly bugs with a couple of ad-ons. I tried Opera WAYYYYY back when. It was meh, it's ok, I guess.

I did not delete them. I disabled them all and it keeps taking me to awin1.com. Should I delete them?

start opera in safe mode and try again
delete the cache and browser/search history as well

Did you mean booting Win11 in safe mode before starting Opera?

If you meant "while holding the Shift key, open Opera", I did this and also deleted all the browsing data for all time to no avail.
