Question Why doesn't my gaming PC turn on properly ?

so when i first turn on my pc it starts up like it should. however it turns on then it like doesn’t shut off but it doesn’t display on my monitor but it still shows that it’s running. so i have to turn it off and turn it back on for it to display. but it takes me to the main start up menu. im not sure what the problem even is how how to even fix it.

What do you mean "Main Startup Menu"?

if it's taking you into the bios then it may be that your boot drive is not being detected. The next time it takes you there then check to see if your drive is listed.

Also, please list your specs so we know what you have for a system. Thanks.

how do i know if it’s listed? and i have a:
Processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11600K @ 3.90GHz 3.91GHz

RAM: 32.0 GB

Motherboard: ASUS-PRIME Z590-A Socket LGA 1200 USB 3.2 Intel Motherboard

GPU: NVIDIA Zotac Gaming GeForce RTX 3060 AMP (ZT-A30600F-10P) White

if there’s something else i missed to say let me know and i’ll provide you with the missed information
