Question Why I can’t change my ram from stock speeds

I’m having problems when trying to put my ram on it’s intended speed I have Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB but it’s only running at 2133mhz so when I try turning docp on and setting it to 3200 my pc won’t boot due to memory issues any ideas on why this is, thanks
