Question Why i can't play 4K videos on VLC or YouTube. ?

I have literally tried everything in order to solve my problem, but nothing happens.
I don't know if it's a system problem or a codec problem.

Are you guys having the same problem with YouTube. ?
I don't know if it's a RAM thing or something else.
