so i can optimise my fan setting but i cant optimise performance because i dont have feactures for that i can only overclock but that not problem i need opposite of that

No but options for overclocking would be minimal due to it being a laptop. Either way it would likely have presets such as quiet, gaming, etc that you can choose from.

nvm i found a solution thanks for helping : i used the config pannel / power mode / processor configuration from youtube video took me 5 hours lol
