[SOLVED] Why is my computer showing a bunch of colours instead of shutting down

I'm not very good with computers, but recently I've had an issue when I try to shut down, my screen switches to an odd pattern of colors (pink, blue, yellow). sometimes it eventually turns off by itself and sometimes I have to force shut down by holding the button. I'm not sure which of my computer parts is causing the issue/or if it is even anything to worry about. Would appreciate any help. I have linked a photo below, the computer seems to be working fine its only the shutdown process I'm worried about.

-MSI B450M gaming plus AM4 M-ATX Motherboard
-AMD Ryzen 32200G 4-core socket AM4 3.5GHz CPU, Radeon vega 8 graphics
-Corsair CX450M 450W 80 Plus Bronze Semi-modular power supply
-Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB DDR4 2666MHz memory
-MSI Radeon RX 570 Armor OC 8GB Video Card

Have you changed any hardware or anything in Windows lately?

Your PSU is too small for your GPU. See - http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm
If your PSU is more than 4 years old, they had a lot of problems.

Are you running on the Vega 8 or RX570 graphics?

Is your CPU or GPU getting hot?
