Question Why is my fps so low

I have an i5 11400f rtx 3060 ti and for example hogwarts legacy goes under 40 fps in hogsmeade and other people with the same specs have a much higher frames. What is Wong with my computer? Also noting that i have 16gigs of ram. Also spider-man miles morales only 60 fps or lower with dlss on.

what resolution? does it help if you turn down the detail? turn of RT?

Gpu temp 60 celsius 69% gpu usage cpu usage 42% cpu temp 72 celsius. Ram usage 54%
