[SOLVED] Why is my monitor doing this?

I just got my Samsung Odyssey Neo G9 monitor, and the right side of the screen is faded. Is this the result of it getting physically damaged or is it some software issue?

I think its a defective unit.

Is it still present when no input is present, i.e when the cable is disconnected and when the "No Signal" message hovers over that area or when you open up the OSD Menu? If yes, theres a good chance its defective.

If not, check with the display drivers to see if they are the latest version. Install updates related to that.

Did it come with warranty?
