My pc started bugging alot, then it froze couple of times, then it stopped working with my gtx660 so i have to use iGPU, but it still worked pretty slow so i reinstalled Windows 10, still it was pretty slow, and after turning everything off(prefetch superfetch etc...) it works partially okay, but i have a problem, when i enter processes in task manager, System is using 100% of my disk, on idle, or anything that i do, i posted a screenshot so you can see it, i want to know what s hould i do, also my HDD is overheating, its goes like 55, 56 when i play CS:GO, but its like that for 2 years, and i never had a problem with disk usage, also it is on 100% health in sentinel, no bad sectors or anything, so, how do i fix this? Post a screen shot from crystal disk info.

As for temps check fans/filters maybe give the innards a good cleaning.

SMART values in CDI look fine.
The disk is too hot.

Which makes me wonder how hot is other stuff in the machine getting.
Grab a copy of hwinfo and monitor temps.
Also i can't power it on with gpu in, it makes me think PSU is dying, so it's giving it false power, also, i dont know if this will be useful, but, system jumps to 100% disk usage when i right click refresh on desktop

If the rest of the machine is as old as that disk when is the last time you gave the innards a good cleaning?

If you think there is a psu problem swap it out.
