Question Why is one of my case fans making a clicking/scraping noise? Recommendations for replacements?

Hey all, I've had my pc for about 2 weeks now, and I've noticed that one of my front intake fans is making a faint but definitely audible clicking sound. I should also note that when I turned off my pc and spun each fan by hand the sound slowed down to sound more like scraping noises that when at a higher rpm sounded like clicking. I've checked and made sure that the blades aren't touching any part of the case or any wires so I don't understand what is going on. (They're Deepcool RF120 btw). Is there any way that I can fix this, because after looking around for answers and trying all those solutions it is still making the sound. If I can't get it fixed I'm definitely sending them back, so it would also be great if anybody has any recommendations for some good reliable budget aRGB PWM fans (mine were a 3 pack). I spent about $35 on the 3 of them before, so in that price range would be really helpful. Thanks!

Some of the thread's I've answered on the forums, that mentioned lack of airflow or a noise coming from the fans were somehow related to a Deepcool RF fan. I'd ask that you invest into a quality/reliably built fan like that made by Fractal or Noctua.

FYI, if you spent 35USD on the three fans and ended up with a scratching fan, then I'd also suggest upping your budget. Cheap always equals to not good.

Yeah, I get your point, my stock fans are Fractal anyways but there's only 2 of them. I like Noctuas a lot, but I also would like a touch of RGB in my build. So your saying that there's no real way to fix it, and it's better to invest in something more quality?

The fan blades could be catching the dust gauze in front of the fan blades , its an easy fix , just loosen the mounting screws a quarter turn as the housing may be distorted.
I did this on a side fan and it worked.
I wish that were the case, but the dust filter is I'd say at least a centimeter in front of the blades and there's an entire piece of metal in between them as well. I've also noticed that it hasn't been anywhere near as audible today, and I can only hear it if I put my ear right next to the fan. Is this something that only happens after my pc has been on all day?
