Why my computer restarts when I turn it off

I'm feeling so alone as I were unable to shut down my computer when I turn off my computer.It always restarts when I shut down the computer.Please help to solve my problem.

A system error will cause restart. Run sfc /scannow from command prompt, and have your Windows CD at the ready to repair errors in system.
