Question Why only ram slot 4 working how to fix

My computer was working completely fine I decided to clean my filters and took out my gpu to clean the fans I plugged everything back in and my computer would turn on and turn off again and again I saw that the dram light was on my motherboard so I took my ram out and tried every slot and my computer will only work in ram slot 4 any one know why this is now happening

We're going to need more information. First off, include the specs to your entire system and be sure to mention the parts in detail(not a dxdiag list, but a list of parts used to build the system). List the make and model of the PSU and not just it's wattage. List the age of the PSU as well.

It'd also be helpful to us if we knew what the PCB lettering/numbering of the ram slot is. i.e, A1 or A2...?
