Why such bad performance?

Hi there,
I just bought a new rig for gaming. But for each game, I average around 10 fps on medium-low settings.

My specs:

CPU: AMD FX Eight Cores Black Edition FX- 8320 3.5GHz / turbo up to 4.0Ghz Socket AM3 16MB Cache

MB (Chipset): ASUS/Gigabyte AMD 760G Chipset Socket AM3+

Ram: 4GB DDR3-1333 Ram

Harddrive: 1Tb 7200RPM

Graphic: ATI Radeon HD 3000

Your graphics card is hardly a gaming solution. What would be your budget to buy a real video card?

If you can swing a few bucks more, a GTX 650 is the best it gets in that range. I'd go with this guy:

Otherwise, You can look at a radeon HD 7750:

Both will be a substantial improvement over what you have.

At that first ones price range OP is better off getting a HD7770 which is much faster than the GTX650. If he wishes to stay in that budget then he should get the HD7750 which would seriously not be recommended with next gen around the corner.
