I am facing a frustrating issue with my MSI GS65 laptop's Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz Wi-Fi card, and I hope someone can help.
About a week ago, my Wi-Fi started disconnecting randomly on my home network. At first, I thought it might be a router issue, but then the same problem began occurring on my university's Wi-Fi as well. The disconnections became more frequent over time, and now the Wi-Fi is almost unusable.
I suspected it was a Linux issue since I have a dual-boot system, but then the same problem started happening on Windows too. Eventually, this led to BSOD errors on Windows that seem to be related to the Wi-Fi card.
The Wi-Fi still works for a short time after rebooting, but the disconnections always return. I'm wondering if this could be a sign that my Wi-Fi card is damaged or failing, or if it might be something else causing the issue on both operating systems. Any troubleshooting steps or advice would be greatly appreciated!
