[SOLVED] Wierd System Performance

Ok, well i just got this new computer, it is a prebuilt and a second hand (but is only 1-2 years old). I finally got COD: Modern Warfare downloaded and my performance was underwhelming to say the least. The settings were max at first so i turned them down, even though it should be running fine at max, and i saw a fluctuating FPS all from 40-100 fps. Now alot of people are having trouble with Modern Warfare and its unbelievable optimization, so i couldnt really count on it. So i decided to run a 3D Mark test and the results were really bad. I ran the test twice and it sits at 6280. If anyone knows something i could try to fix it, it would be a great help. I have tried reinstalling all my drivers, mess with msi afterburner and more, but nothing seems to help. My Specs:

-GTX 1080 FE
-I7 6700K
-550 WATT PSU (Not sure on brand, because its a prebuilt)
-Not really sure on motherboard, because it's a prebuild.
-16 GIGS RAM @ 2130

A new PSU wouldn't hurt atleast. And what are your harddrives like?

Are the motherboard and gpu drivers up to date?

Run userbenchmark and share the public link to the results.

I have a 256 G ssd (Nvme) and a 1TB Hdd

Graphics card drivers are up to date, i am not sure about the motherboard though

So i just loaded up COD again and it seems to work fine. Not sure what it was that did it. But thanks anyway.
