Hi all. Been getting BSOD maybe once a week. Latest time it BSOD, the system lost all Wifi capability.
The driver for the adaptor is Qualcomm FastConnect 7800 Wi-Fi 7 HBS. I found it hidden in Device Manager and deleted it but it didn’t auto install upon system restart.

There’s no Wifi functionality at all. On the system:
  • No driver found in Device Manager even hidden
  • Wifi option not showing at all on task bar
  • WiFi option not showing at all on Network Connections

Methods that I tried that didn't work:
  • Installing driver from MSI website
    • “No suitable drivers” in greyed out MSI installer (correct folder selected)
  • INF file install doesn't work
    • INF file install option says "Operation completed successfully" but nothing has changed in the system
  • Changed WLAN AutoConfig in Services to Start-up type: Automatic and pressed start
  • Device Manager Specific
    • No wifi driver under legacy drivers
    • Add Driver yields result of: Windows has successfully added and installed all specified drivers - qcwlan.inf:Successfully added oem5.inf and installed on 0 device(s)
    • Have Disk option shows blank results page even when opening driver folder
  • BIOS Update to latest version (7E25v171(Beta version))
Is there a solution where I don’t have to reinstall windows or clear CMOS? Is the MOBO a dud? Does anyone have any idea of how to solve this?

TIA.
