Question Wifi connection fast on mobile, but slow on PC.

I've made sure its not just my pc and phone. I've tested other devices and for some reason on any mobile device my download speed is 400+ mbps, however on any pc ive tested on its anywhere from 5-30mbps. Ive restarted my router, made sure its on 5ghz, updated drivers. I even bought a new wifi adapter.

This whole situation is very frustrating and is hurting my brain so any input would be really appreciated

Which wifi adapter are you using?
Which router?
Die you try the pcs directly besides the router?
Antivirus Software in use?
Firewall?
Windows wifi connection is set to private and mit public?

Three other suggestions:

1) Ensure that only one network adapter is enabled. Not both wired and wireless at the same time. Nor two network adapters of the same type at the same time.

2) Disable IPv6.

3) Run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt. You should be able to copy and paste the results herein without needing to retype it all.

Not sure if you are using a laptop or desktop. Did you check that antenna are tightly connected. If it a desktop try to turn the machine around maybe the case blocks the antennas.
