Hello,

My printer (MG5250) is connected to my Wifi connection, and when I turn the printer on it stays offline in windows (Win 10). The only way to have it appear online and be able to print is to reboot the internet box, or reboot the computer (which is connected to the box through a wire).
I tried resetting the network setup on the printer but it didn't improve the situation. Would someone have an idea what could cause this ?
I didn't have that problem before with Win 7, I have it since I formatted and installed windows 10.

Thank you for your help

Well now it just won't print anymore  I removed it, readded it, and when I launch a test page print it is stuck in "Collecting printer status". The printer still works, I have been able to print a test page directly from the printer menu, but from my computer it doesn't respond, I tried rebooting the computer, the internet box, but nothing. In the device manager I see it, with an IP (192.168.0.248). I'm not sure what I could try now...

Is the printer turned ON before you boot up the PC?
Yes, but I think there is something else wrong : I bought a printer cable and plugged it to my PC and the printer panel can't find the device (although it appears in the device manager), I kind of gave up for now I don't really know what to do :/
