Question Will a 650W PSU be enough for the future RTX 4060?

I have a Corsair 650W PSU. I still have my GTX 1060 from 2017 and I'm thinking of upgrading when the RTX 4060 comes out, but from what I'm seeing, its power consumption will be pretty high, should I be worried about that?
