[SOLVED] Will a RX 560 4gb run with an 180 watt psu?

My specs are;
intel i3 8100
8gb ram
intel hd 630
180 watt power supply.
Will a RX 560 work i heard that you dont need to connect it to the psu but i really dont know

No way, that's just asking for the psu to give out on you. Plus, a 180w unit(if it still is at this point) is well below AMD's 450w psu recommendation: https://www.amd.com/en/products/graphics/radeon-rx-560
It IS possible to run with a lower wattage unit(those recommendations are for liability purposes). Again, your current unit is too far below in wattage to even advise it - quality aside...

My budget for the power supply will be around 50-70 USD. Are there any power supplies you recommend I get?
