[SOLVED] Will a Ryzen 7 3700X and GTX 1070 bottleneck?

I'm looking to upgrade my CPU and I was looking at the 3700X. Right now I have a i5-4690K so the 3700X would be a huge step up. The only issue is I don't know if the 1070 would be underpowered so I'd be bottlenecking my CPU. I just wanted to know what people's thoughts were. I might possibly get a 3070, but I'd prefer to not have to buy a new GPU as well if I can avoid it.

That cpu is more than enough for you to fully utilise a 1070.
