Hello! I am planning a build soon! 😀 I need to know if all of these parts will work together and would run most games at their highest settings while recording.

- EVO Mid Tower ATX
- Intel i5 2500k
- GTX 660ti
- SH-224BB/BEBE SATA DVD-RW Burner
- Caviar Black 1TB 7,200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive WDBAAZ0010HNC- Ballistix Sport 8GB DDR3-1600 (PC3-12800) CL9 Dual Channel Desktop Memory Kit (Two 4GB Memory Modules)
- eXtreme Power Plus 500 Watt ATX 12V Power Supply
- GA-H61M-DS2 LGA 1155 H61 mATX Intel Motherboard
- Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit OEM (PC)

- EVO Mid Tower ATX
- Intel i5 2500k <--------------- old cpu, get 3570K instead
- GTX 660ti
- SH-224BB/BEBE SATA DVD-RW Burner
- Caviar Black 1TB 7,200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive WDBAAZ0010HNC- Ballistix Sport 8GB DDR3-1600 (PC3-12800) CL9 Dual Channel Desktop Memory Kit (Two 4GB Memory Modules)
- eXtreme Power Plus 500 Watt ATX 12V Power Supply <--- hell NO, pick one 500W-650W from corsair, antec, xfx, seasonic brand
- GA-H61M-DS2 LGA 1155 H61 mATX Intel Motherboard <------ cheap mobo dude... asrock z77 extreme4 will be much more appropriate
- Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit OEM (PC)

and it will be great performance gaming PC :)

So does it need improvement then? I thought it was a fine choice of parts.

EDIT: Just read your suggestions, and the PSU and Motherboard were the only things I wasn't sure about.
