will buying cm hyper 212x solve my overheating problem

hey guys
i m going to buy cm hyper 212x will this solve the problem of overheating on my amd fx8320 ?
i m using the stock cooler i got from amd n it shit my idle temp is 30-42 c
n after just playing 6 mins of fifa 14 there were wierd beep sounds coming out of my pc {from ups} ... so will buying this help me ?
my mobo is gigabyte ga78lmt usb3 ... any help would be appreciated ..

If install properly it should solve the problem. Make sure it will fit in your case. It's a little on the big side.

The CM cooler will help - it's better than the stock cooler easily. Depends on other stuff too - overclocking, ambient temps, cpu loads, etc etc.
