Will Corsair Vengeance fit with Cooler Master 212 Evo on Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H

Friends,

I have following configuration:

Cooler Master Elite 311 Mid Tower Cabinet
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H
Processor AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1090T Processor, 3200 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 6 Logical Processor(s)

I want to replace my heat sink with Cooler Master 212 Evo and I have following questions with it:

1. Does "Cooler Master Elite 311 Mid Tower" Cabinet is big enough to accomodate "Cooler Mater 212 Evo"?
2. Does "Cooler Mater 212 Evo" will block any RAM slot? I want to add new RAM "corsair vengeance" so will it create any problem there?

Please guide.

Yes the low profile memory will fit, its still a bit easier installing the ram before the cooler but there IS just enough room to get them in/out with the cooler on.
