how to check if the Air CPU cooler will fit in my Motherboard ?
Does MicroATX Motherboard has special Air CPU Cooler different from ATX motherboard ?

My motherboard is LGA1700 and the AIR Cooler is for LGA1700, is that enough to ensure it will fit ?

You need LGA 1700 compatible cpu cooler and it will fit on any LGA1700 motherboard.
Problems can arise from ram modules with high heat spreaders and
from insufficient dimensions of pc case.
So - you have to check cpu case specs for cpu cooler clearance info.
