Have you make sure the BIOS is updated ? There is some BIOS update for 860K. Refer to manufacturer site :

Is something wrong? Like everything is brandnew except for the gt220. This gt220 works on my 2008 ecs mobo

Compability issue, may cause the CPU not detected properly. Check using another FM2/2+ CPU if it's possibly. Try update BIOS when they can boot with another CPU.

No, you need another CPU, if the 860K still not detected. Maybe a local shop may help you to update the BIOS for you.
